Shishir and Ila both went to C.N. High School in Ahmedabad and are graduates of B.J.Medical college in Ahmedabad. After marriage and residency they migrated with Maulin to United States on 26th June 1968. In America, they moved a few places before landing in Vineland in 1972 where they built their "Shanti Niketan". Later , Princess Amy was born and filled Ila's life with pleasure and happiness.
